The Compound Effect. Very good book and a shorter read (166 pages). This book is all about the long term, compound benefits, of starting good habits, sticking to goals and making small changes in your life, that over time, add up to big transformations. I took plenty of notes while reading this book and even shared some insights with my team at work. Particularly the parts that spoke about giving a little extra effort to important relationships, finding rhythms in your everyday life and paying attention to the things we do without thinking about it. Our habits, particularly those that can be harmful. This book gives the reader lots to think about and the suggestions aren’t overly difficult to implement. I give this book an 8.1 and a recommended read. #happyreading.
