Mr. Green holds a BA degree from Montclair State University and has been a licensed New Jersey title insurance officer since 2002. He is currently the Second Vice Chair of the Greater Toms River Commerce of Commerce, a Board Member of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Ocean County, on the Foundation board of the Community Medical Center as well as a member of the YPN Council. Mr. Green also coaches the Toms River Blackhawks ice hockey team and is a catechist at St Luke’s Parish. In addition to these philanthropic endeavors, he also sits on several committees, including the Ocean Count Board of Realtors Affiliates and the Monmouth Ocean County Board of Realtors Affiliates. Mr. Green began his New Jersey title insurance career servicing lenders and developing effective marketing and sales initiatives. His desire to improve procedures and guidelines and to set a higher standard in the title industry, awakened his entrepreneurial spirit, and so Green Label Title was born! Mr. Green’s personal belief in the values of integrity, dependability and honesty is what he brings to all his business relationships and transactions. He has closed thousands of real estate transactions, involving residential, commercial and industrial properties. From first time home buyers, basic refinancing, complex purchases or reverse mortgages, all clients receive the same quality and experienced service. Because Mr. Green’s experience in the industry is comprehensive and wide-ranging, he holds the respect of the title community. Thus, the majority of referrals to Green Label come from past clients, real estate agents, lenders, lawyers, builders and informed consumers.
Jennifer has been involved with lending institutions and real estate for 25years. Her firm foundation in mortgage lending and servicing has proven invaluable during the 20 years she has been a title professional. She is a NJ licensed title producer and notary and is trusted with many of the major underwriters. She draws from her diverse background and applies her positive attitude and determination to find a workable solution to every difficult transactions. Her many years as a title examiner has enabled her to develop a keen eye for title concerns and is known in the industry as an effective problem solver. Jennifer’s aim is to assist our clients with achieving their goals. As a New Jersey native, Jennifer loves all that is Jersey. She finds great pleasure in immersing her children in all of the history and nature that Jersey has to offer.
Purchase Department Supervisor/Paralegal
Linda is head of our purchase department and is a certified Paralegal. She brings 25 years of experience to Green Label Title providing quality customer service to clients. During her career she has held various positions in Title Insurance as well as in Banking. Handling our purchase transactions from beginning to end Linda takes great pride in her work, providing our customers with the highest level of service and professionalism. She enjoys working with all parties involved, and always takes the time to answer any questions you may have during the process. In her off time she enjoys traveling and Scuba Diving.
Purchase Department Processor
Julie Cantalupo was born and raised at the Jersey Shore. She’s an active fitness enthusiast who enjoys spending her time outdoors with her children as much as possible. Julie comes to Green Label Title from a banking and retail management background where she demonstrated a high level skill set at managing and coordinating both staff and operations. Julie also spent time in the Real Estate Field as an administrator for multiple offices and high-ranking teams giving her the perfect combination of experience and knowledge to be an asset on the Green Team.
Purchase Department Processor
Daniel Volis is a detail oriented paralegal and administrative manager from New York City, with years of experience contributing to oversight of operational process on behalf of companies across key sectors. Daniel earned his B.A. from CUNY and M.S. from NYU, traveling abroad to Japan to study public policy, energy management, and clean technology. His documented experience was published by NYU’s Center for Global Affairs. He is an aspiring attorney and avid hockey fan, who enjoys traveling during his off time.
Cheryl L. De Noia
Assistant Office Manager/Funding Dept Supervisor
Cheryl has worked in the New Jersey title insurance industry since 2002. As head of our funding department, it is her responsibility to manage the funds collected at closing and disburse the file accordingly. Her meticulous attention to detail is invaluable when difficult funding matters arise. She has worked in all areas of title throughout her experience, from order entry, processing, examining title to now fundings. Cheryl’s courteous manner and professionalism have endeared her to all our clients and has made her an invaluable team member. In her off time she enjoys shopping with her four nieces and spending time with her husband.
Funding Department Assistant
Shea comes to us with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. She has been in the title industry since 2016. As an asset to our team, she is responsible for various administrative duties including post-closing issues along with certain aspects of business development. If she isn’t hard at work in the office you can find her on the sidelines of a field, coaching youth lacrosse.
Phil was Born and raised in North Jersey and moved to the Jersey Shore permanently in 1993. He began his title career around that time and joined an office to learn title from the bottom up by just diving in. He opened a branch office for a successful title company in 1997 at the age of 27. In 2007 he decided it was time to fully go out on his own and opened Philbert Title, which lasted 7 years until 2014 as Hurricane Sandy had a huge effect on my life personally and professionally. Faced with retirement I made a great decision to go to work for Green Label Title at the beginning of 2015, where our owner allows me great flexibility and has great trust in my abilities and experience in the title examining field. Mr. Green certainly believes in his people and their ability to do the job. Personally Phil enjoys playing basketball and being on the water in the summers with his two dogs.
Refinance Department Supervisor
Dianna came to Green Label Title in March of 2016 with more than 18 years of experience in the Title Insurance industry. Her extensive experience and knowledge in the title industry allows her to be a valuable team member. She has handled the closing of all types of real estate transactions during her career and takes great pride in having a strong work ethic. She is a problem solver and brings a positive attitude to the closing process for our refinance and purchase closings. Dianna values her time spending it with her family and especially her two children, Hannah and Zachary.

A 25 Year Ocean County resident, Chris joined the Green Label Team in December of 2015. Since then he has worked diligently to ensure the best possible closing experience for both customers and clients. His primary responsibilities consist of placing title insurance requests and processing refinances orders. In his spare time Chris enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Jennifer came to Green Label Title in August of 2017 with more than 15 years of experience in the Legal and Title Insurance industry. Her extensive knowledge allows her to be a valuable team member at Green Label Title. She maintains a high-level of client satisfaction and has handled many real estate transactions in her career. She brings a positive attitude to the closing process and to the office. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her son, Talan.
